This document is the front page of the settlement notice given to all former USWA-represented employees of the Valley Machine Shop who are members of the certified class. The settlement was agreed upon by the plaintiffs, Lance L. Safran, Nicholas Hovan Jr, Anton J. Kotar, Anthony G. Marinov, Alfred A. Matteucci, Carl Potenziani, Robert G. Schlachter, and Paul Tague on behalf of the certified-class, and the defendants, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO, and the United States Steel Corporation.
